Player gains focus once media starts to play

Current Behavior:

Vidstack Player seems to regain focus a second or two after the play button is clicked.

Expected Behavior:

Vidstack Player should not change the users scroll position on the page.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Press the play button.
2. Quickly scroll down the page.
