Correct check for valid UHDBD resolutions

Existing check would validate 1920x2160 and 3840x1080. New check validates permutation.

I'm aware of that. I looked into it when I sent this PR (2 years ago!) and the CLA is too much hassle for a single patch such as this. Please feel free to submit it yourself, if you wish.
