How to use Oculus Rift and HTC Vive support?

How i can use Oculus Rift and HTC Vive Support in videojs-vr?

We really should have a tutorial on setting it up, but It should just involve plugging in the Rift/Vive and then playing the video. Since they are plugged in we should use them as the display for the video.

It's not working for me, with the Rift I'm getting nothing inside the headset even though it looks fine on desktop. Are there additional setting that need to be changed?
