WARN: Unexpected startLinearAdMode invocation (preroll)

Description

Hi, I'm having problems with preroll ads, always when the preroll run, the content doesn't autoplay when the ads finish.

I tried to call the play() method after the event "adended", but it still not working.

I tried apply many configs posted in other issues here, but without success too.

Steps to Reproduce

I think the easier way to reproduce the error, is setting prerollTimeout to a small value like 10.
