SAMSUNG TIZEN cannot reconnect after disconnect few minutes

I have been seeing issues with streams starting back up after a disconnect.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click VOD to watch
2. Kill your internet connection (4-5 minutes)
3. Allow the buffer to run out
4. Reconnect

Playback should continue, but instead it stays in a frozen state. And I have an error (AbortError: The play() request was interrupted by a call to pause(). https://goo.gl/LdLk22). Video cannot continue when reconnect
