Braces

I think the square brackets are a big improvement over parenthesis, but I think curly braces { } are even better. They give the code a nice decorative fancy look, and give you something interesting to look at besides all the boring logic. Would it be possible to change Clochure to use curly braces instead?

The thing with {} is that you need to hold the shift key while typing them so it might harm your productivity

Productivity or ornately decorated code - that's a tough choice.

I beg to differ, to me Blaisure is much better language replacing (/[ with BEGIN and )/] with END based on Pascal syntax.
