Video support

Bluesky now has video support.

These videos are streamed from the central video PDS (video.bsky.app) via HLS, so extra processing is required on the server-side to cache and encode (or transcode on-the-fly) these into usable video files clients can stream. Either that, or at least direct link to the original post?
