Update: I have been able to log in on my laptop, but still having issues on iOS.

I was having this issue, seems like generating a new app password fixed it for me

Seeing this issue myself with a domain handle. I've retried with multiple app passwords, running the self hosted docker image. It works with skybridge.fly.dev
