Elasticache auto discovery baked in

Hello,

I am using memcache on AWS, we have an endpoint which allow to access each url of node into the cluster (3) using DNS. When we restart each node of the cluster the uri on AWS backend change however my service using memcache-plus continue to try to connect to old one, I think discover is only do on startup of service and cluster hosts is not reload.
