It's a little strange to me to see the files in a project template come with a license, in this case MPL 2.0.
If someone wants to use this template, but would like a different license for their own work, things get a lot more confusing. I guess they'd have to keep the MPL headers on the files that come from your template...? Now they might have to deal with 2 licenses, one for their own code, and another for the files from you... Licensing issues make me think "yuck", which is unfortunate when you want to start a new project.
Other templates I've used recently either leave licensing up to you, or use something a little simpler (like MIT) that doesn't have file headers, so it's simple to switch out. I'm guessing you probably don't mind people using any license...? If so, maybe it can be more obvious that MPL can be removed.
