Check for new episodes in the PrefPane

Include a button in the PrefPane to force checking for new episodes (like the one in the menu bar icon, but currently if you have this icon disabled you cannot force checking).

The functionality is no problem (it's quite easy), the question is where to put the button. Now, with the CustomRSS show there is no space in the top :/

I think I'll leave this for when we move the preference pane to an app, because then I have to redesign the interface at least a little bit.

What about under the On/Off slider? There's plenty of space there :P
