theShell crashes if NetworkManager is not running on the system.

Expected fix version: theShell 6.2

theShell 6.2 does not exist! And will never, theShell 7.1 is the newest (currently)

I'm not too sure, I can't remember what's in stable. I believe I've fixed it though.
