[Feature Request] Add feature for skipping alarms for 2nd and 4th Saturdays

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In India 2nd Saturday (and sometimes 4th Saturday) is commonly a holiday.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd want to implement a setting for selecting whether I want the alarm to not sound on the 2nd and 4th Saturday if Saturday is selected.
