Describe the bug The dialog showing in how many hours the alarm will ring doesn't count for dailight saving time switches

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set an alarm on the evening of dailight saving time switch for the next day
  2. See the wrong "alarm will ring in" dialog

Expected behavior Should consider the switch

Hmm it seems that generally there is something wrong with time changes.

  • The time shown on app isn't the same as in the control center (just for reference I am in CET (UTC+1), and will chabge to CEST (UTC+2))
