Skip alarms more than once

Open mentonin opened this issue 1 year ago • 2 comments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Skipping the next alarm is useful, but sometimes I want to skip them for a few days, e.g. when on vacation.

Describe the solution you'd like An option similar to skip next alarm, but that lets you choose when to start alarm again, with a date and time picker.

Describe alternatives you've considered Disabling the alarms and manually re-enabling later works, but requires remembering to re-enable them.

Additional suggest for solution, use feature like Google clock does. (pause alarm feature in each alarm item).

This should be helpful for routine alarm in special day. for example, I set alarm in 5:30 a.m everydays but in long vacation, I want to wake 9:00 a.m instead.

In this situation, if this feature didn't impliment yet. I will need to pause everydays in vacation that could be non-satisfied. Additionally, I can disable alarm too. However, this might be dangerous if I forgot to enable alarm again in the end on vacation and cause late working.

This feature can solve all above, no worries to skip alarm everyday or enable alarm again in last day. Just set the pause date and feels free to continue when vacation is over.

Yes, Google Clock can do this and Chrono currently can't: temporarily pause an alarm for an entire range of specified days. I would appreciate and use this feature, too.
