Add an option to lower the alarm volume while alarm tasks are being completed.

I would like to have the option in the settings to have the alarm volume lowered for a set amount of time while alarm tasks are open and a button to refill the timer during those tasks. Something similar to how Challenges Alarm Clock by Garage App Co and Sleep as Android: Smart Alarm by Petr Nálevka (Urbandroid) have their task timers set up.

Alarm Clock Xtreme has a silence button with a 30-second timer. There's no refill option, though. You have to quickly tap on it the moment it runs out if you want to prevent the alarm from blaring again.

I wonder if the refill option helps or hurts when it comes to waking up.

I'm actively trying out Chrono now to see if I can shift to it. So this is a daily occurrence. Sometimes it can disturb other people as well. The current workaround is to manually lower alarm volume, but then I sometimes forget to raise it back up, making the next alarm too quiet to hear.

It depends on the person, in my case when I have to get up for something important is enough one alarm 😎, but other times when it is not so important (something very punctual) I need at least two alarms 😥 while I'm unlocking the mathematical problem already starts to sound the next alarm, I say this in case you add the button to reload the task timer, maybe I have this problem, if you do it thank you very much in advance 🙏👍

Hi! My name is Rocco and I am a student from the Netherlands, for a school project I need to contribute to an open source project, so I would like to work on this issue, it is my first time of contributing to an open source project, but I think I can do this, may I work on this issue?

Hi Rocco, glad to see your interest in contributing to this. But I have already added this feature, and it will be out in the next release. But feel free to tackle any other issue you would like :)

Ah oke, thankyou for your fast response! Great to hear that the feature will come into the application.

This should be added in 0.6.0-beta1. You can reduce task volume by going to Customize > Sounds and vibration > Volume while solving tasks. Currently, it automatically reduces the volume to the amount you set when tasks appear. If you encounter any issues with it or have feedback, consider creating a new issue.
