@rexrhino You should set `hasText:true` for the `statistics` element.

@rexrhino Maybe you have declared `hasText:true` for the `dataStatistics` element? Simply remove that or set to false and all schould be fine.

@merajcal There is currently no option to make inline text readonly.

Yes, we need to move the tool version detection to the artifacts phase. I've done that for composer as we switched to dynamic install.

We need a new pr for this, as the previous caused a bug and had been reverted, see #8926 and #8919
