New SplitComplementary Color Schemes

New Split Complementary color scheme.

It returns an array of the Analogous Colors of a given color's Complementary Color. Ex: color-wheel-split-250x250

The resulting colors are similar to Triadic, only the colors are closer to each other. Ex: Triad Color Scheme for light Teal triadteal
