Push new pod version

Most recent release is not known to pod tool, hence unavailable by default for Swift 3 and requires to add :git directive to podfile. Is it intentional? Why?

It's not intentional. The admin will send a new version when he can.

In the meantime, you can just point your Podfile to "master".
