More detailed live tracks

Currently flyxc only keep 1 GPS position every 30s.

We could have a much better resolution for the providers that support it:

• XContest
• OGN
• Skylines

Work needed:

• Reduce LIVE_MINIMAL_INTERVAL_SEC to i.e. 5s
• Use the live track endpoint for XContest
