It's `gfpgan\weights` not `gfpgan\weight`. Try to manually get the file at https://huggingface.co/gmk123/GFPGAN/tree/main
I don't have IDA version with python 3 support. If you have it and possible, share it to me.
We recommended Python 3.10; other versions are optional and not treated as bugs. Full support for other versions may be available later, but not currently.
