It's unclear. It hasn't seen any contribution/active development in months, and Frank has not been communicating much, if at all, though he has said he's working on a successor. A group of us have started rebuilding it as more of a community effort here. If you're interested in contributing, or just keeping track of where things are at, we'd love to have you come aboard and join the Slack group where most discussions happen.
