vibora new project_name

How do you make this command work? It can't find the command inside the virtualenv.

Yep, I can't start a new project either. Probable causes:

• No Vibora binary being pointed within the virtualenv;
• Issues with the commander;

Maybe I'd like to give it a try to check this issues out...

Edit: Tried the command with virtualenvs on Python 3.6.5 and 3.7.0, none of them worked out. Even had the python3-dev installed.

Uh... I've checked in the code and there's no sign of this functionality being there. If it's hidden somewhere else, I don't know, but if it's still not coded, I'd like to be in touch with someone more experienced to give me guidance so I can do the coding on this regard. (TLDR: I'd like to work on this issue, but I need some guidance.) @frnkvieira
