Support viewing different protocol versions from separate XML files

Some protocols, e.g. the unstable text-input, have their different versions in separate XML files, e.g. text-input-unstable-v1.xml and text-input-unstable-v3.xml. As far as I can tell, currently only the latest version is shown. It would be useful if one could see all available versions.

Definitely agree. However, I don't think I'll be able to work on this in the near future but I would review and merge a pull-request implementing it.
