PrintExplanations take too many arguments

I'd like to see the printExplanations only require the explainer's outcome, not also the explainer instance itself. This would make handling the API much easier. After all, plotExplanations only requires the explanations and not the explainer, too.

If required, we can change the explanation's structure for this.
