I would also like to know how this. Particularly how to undo the registry changes.

Just disable Start with Windows option in systray icon (right click). As it is mentioned, is portable, it only add itself to auto start on windows session logon, only if you checked that previously.

When unchecked, it will remove from autorun registry. No other changes are done to Windows' registry.
