Does this app restore Campbell color scheme since it's default from Windows 10 Fall Creators update?

Starting from Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and newer, console has the new Campbell color scheme, but older versions of Windows 10 have legacy one. Does the app restore legacy scheme anyway? Or it restores Campbell scheme on W10 FCU and W10 A2018U?

Just pick either "Legacy Colors" or "Default Colors" and apply, restore button deletes HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Console%SystemRoot%_system32_cmd.exe registry modifications too.

"Legacy colors" holds the original legacy color values, and "Default Colors" are the newer Windows 10 default console colors.

So I guess it needs some sort of hint to let users restore the original colors according to whichever Windows version they have.
