Make SecHud/MediHud overlays not mouse-opaque, at least your own
These overlays count as part as your character sprite, and they will often get in the way when you're trying to close windoors or open firelocks.
I tried to do this but just setting the overlay image's mouse_opacity to 0 doesn't work I've tried nothing and I'm out of ideas

could make it just a separate movable atom locked to the mob with a mouse opacity of 0, very clunky but the only thing that could work (atom/movable/hudholder?)
