Sometimes Storage Inventory is Uninteractable

Description of issue

Every so often as of the latest BYOND version (515.1636) inventory decides to just.... not work. Clicking your backpack or a box won't show the contents, you can't altclick a box or your bag to see inside, and clicking a storage item with an item won't put it in the storage. You're also unable to take stuff off your ID and belt slot. It'll be like that for awhile and in my case most of the time it'll go away after 5-10 minutes.

I was gonna chalk this up to some fuckup on my part but I've heard Pulserider mention the same bug. No fucking clue what causes it beyond that I've MOSTLY had it happen to me when I start the round, either latejoin or normal.
