Was using the security cameras and took a picture of someone in perma with a regular camera. All of his blood splatter tiles turned fully red. Here's a pic: https://a.cockfile.com/Wohsak.PNG

Take a photo of a blood splatter (might need to be through security cameras)

Issue is most likely get flat icon deluxe not probably handling the inset overlay blend mode or something which is what blood splatters now use since #36395
