Sometimes the SPSes we get do not go off upon death or strip, despite being activated.

Steps to Reproduce

SOMETIMES they work, I am not sure what factors affect it. I deathgasped and it didn't work, but there are times where letting crit go to death also does not trigger SPSes.

What you Expected

My SPS going off every time I die.

So, I definitely noticed something like this but I'm not sure if I'm misremembering or just not sure.

I checked the alerts computer and noticed a code red that I did not hear about. Someone told me that only Command? SPSes report code red and such to your own SPS, but I swear that ALL SPSes reported any kind of yellow/red code to all active ones
