Feature request: Emergency O2 lockers on arrivals shuttle

So you don't get trapped on the arrivals shuttle at deadpop if you didn't pick engineer or don't know the secret ways to break the glass to get out

Side point: emergency oxygen tanks should damage rglass, unless it was some weird server crash exploit in the past then it seems really dumb they can't damage rwindows
