Can't state non-Asimov laws as AI when using WINE

Description of issue

When playing as AI using WINE, you can use the State Laws verb without issue when you're on Asimov. However, when you have another lawset that allows you to choose which laws you want to state, the interface bugs out and doesn't allow you to state the laws.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Expected: push button on law-stating selection window to state laws. Actual: button on law-stating selection window is stuck on a "loading" type animated icon

Steps to reproduce

Use WINE. Play AI. Get non-Asimov lawset. Try to State Laws.

the law stater thing also breaks when you get certain characters in freeform laws " might cause it

Half the time you get new laws it'll just stop working, too. You'll open the UI and the screen will be blank until someone uses a new pre-made lawset on you, and even then sometimes it still doesn't work.
