Moves Multi-Z stairs to the bottom of the metal sheet crafting list.

What this does

Stairs need Multi-Z to be enabled on the map or it will just be a blank line on the metal sheets crafting list. That blank line bothers me, so I moved it to the bottom right under the blacksmithing recipes line. There should be no change in normal rounds since no server-available maps have multi-z enabled.

Why it's good

No weird blank lines on the metal sheet crafting list. :cl:
