the code and comments would make one believe these things are supposed to be some giga nigga lasers in my testing they don't actually consume any power the damage of a megawatt gyrotron being 15, while an emitter which needs almost a thousand times less power does about 50 damage per second also seems wrong

also, the shooting rate, which is 0.1 to 1, needs you to input 10-100 to be changed

R-USTs as a whole need some love. We have incredibly complex machines that require dedicated autism to understand and learn that barely go above 5GW without dedicated autismoneering vs hurr durr shard that just needs cold cold gas to make niggawatts and then some.
