What this does
- regardless of date and pop, people can vote on ALL COMPILED MAPS AVAILABLE regardless of population, date, and whether it's votable (or not).
#define PRIMETIME_HOURS 19 to 22- If this is merged i'll make another PR to try out persistent voting during primetime as well so that there aren't upset victories
Why it's good
- something a little different for primetime weekend hours

you're welcome to downdoot it, it's not like I put any effort into this PR anyway, I just thought it'd change things up a little vs having snaxi voted on whenever we have the pop in july on the weekend

Line is not on the compile list until october though. Lamprey and OG Bagel are not on the compile list either (which is a shame, since I love me some lamprey).

I'm reminded of the old concept that some greybeard admin made about seasonal map rotations and how some maps should be taken out of and put into the rotation depending on the time of year
there's a reason why Box and Synergy are the only maps that are always available, some maps would benefit and others would be hurt by it and a few are just not meant for being in the active rotation at all, I enjoy a good Castle round every once in a while and yawl has been sleeping on Nerve for multiple months now, but everybody should know of the unique form of love that the community shows to the admin that forces Packed with 38 players, Xoq hasn't been updated since like 2018 or some shit, and people quibble with Dorf on a lot of things

Linestation was pure SOVL and you box babbies killed it.
Linestation was a horrific map, just let it die. We also don't need Packed being voted in to kill off the one time pop gets to a high level
I can accept you denouncing Line, but did you really critique the best flawless absolute perfection map that is Packed?
I've never played packed on high pop, but it seems like a fun idea (in theory)

Highpop packed once is fine. Highpop packed every single round because people can't keep their pants on (See: When Lamprey got voted every other day and ruined the mystique of the map) is not okay. This PR should be an autoclose regardless because it's another insane attempt to bring line back

The fact that we use weighted voting is enough for lesser played maps. Every map has its time to be played even when the majority doesn't vote for it

I plan on making a PR for persistent voting during primetime to resolve this issue
On a vote of 62-38%, the people have spoken.
Personally I think this is a mistake and that after 2 weeks people will be calling for a revert, but maybe people just want to experiment.
@Kurfursten Three days is shorter than a usual poll length, right? I can only play every other weekend primetime, and this was the one I couldn't play, so I missed the whole ass poll. Bastard! Not like my downvote would have tipped the scales, but let it be known this PR will restrict the admins from compiling fun event maps. Why was this allowed to pass as-is?
Admins have never been able to compile maps. It was merged because there was a significant margin in the server vote. Losing side always moans for a do-over.
I say admins compiling, but I really mean admins begging their gracious host to do so... doesn't happen very often, but now there's a clear reason not to in the future.
Deed's done but next time the server poll is only three days on a weekend where I work you will have to stare at my moans again.
