[bugfix] LOL, I don't know why this hasn't been reported. Did no one scratch a second ticket after getting their arm fixed?

I already looked for feedback on this in [32358] and people just didn't seem to care/saw it as a feature

Literally a feature(TM). Though we probably should remove that ashing message on robotic limbs.
