How get public URLs from a SP folder?

Hello, I was able to read files from a public folder using List and this gives me these kind of links: https://abc.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/public/EUjICsF4mzNJkciYvPlcuGkB2JMPVpBJo_ud9GlJvOnpKg Anyone can download this link and NOT requires authentication.

However, reading files from a Folder gives me this kind of links (the above format is nog available): https://abc.sharepoint.com/sites/public/Documentos%20compartidos/giant-bicycles-bike-336.pdf These URLs of PDF do require authentication.

So how to obtain from a Folder the URLs in the first mentioned format in order to avoid authentication when downloading these?
