I don't see any Teams:Loop APIs. Should I assume these are the same as Sharepoint?

Hi, I am not super knowledgable about Teams. We use the Loops feature as a sort of Wiki. I want to be able to iterate over the content and access the posts. I believe Loop is just the latest approach to SharePoint-like functionality. So much so that perhaps the APIs are the same.
