Randomly I'm getting

Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.REST.SearchServiceException This query could not be completed because the system is running low on resources.', '429 Client Error: for url: https://xxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/GLB-DRP/_api/Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.REST.SearchService/postquery

Has anyone encounter this?
