[Bug] PATCH3AUDIO support in foobar2000

So this is a bit of a weird request but Smash Ultimate modding uses a format called PATCH3AUDIO. It's identical to NUS3AUDIO except the audio entry ID's are not necessarily in order because missing ID's will resort to vanilla. when trying to open these in foobar2000. They won't work probably because the entry ID's being out of order is unexpected. Probably more info at https://arcropolis.com

I checked a couple of those patch3audio and they are playable if renamed to .nus3audio.

Oh I did not realize that. Thanks. Although not gonna close this because would be an easy to fix to check if the extension is patch3audio.
