wiiubru precompiled not downloading anything

The precompiled binary for the wiiubru appstore does not download anything, I see everything just fine, but it just does not download anything whatsoever. Thanks if you can help. For right now, I will try replacing the files on the sd card. I got the HBAS from https://rikumax25.github.io/wiiusetup/ if that helps. Edit: Doesn't work for me...
