2.0 Release

This issue is for the 2.0 release, which adds the ability to download to any path on SD.

New things done: https://github.com/vgmoose/hbas/commit/10f12e42aa3a18ab6f882499a71a70904a139b7c - extra handling for when a manifest isn't present https://github.com/vgmoose/hbas/commit/4756c2ee4697b43c2e123de75ec64e5fcd5dd29a - fix to generating some .install files in the zip

Things still yet to be done:

  • Getting these manifests files to be on the server
  • Testing with that server to make sure update + everything works as expected
  • Any new categories that are to be included (@pwsincd - art?)
  • New splash screen and new music???
