It doesn't show on the lock screen.

The notch is drawn via a bordlerless always-on-top window, so since no windows can be drawn on the lock screen, this would be difficult.

Although, there is a curiously named window method canBecomeVisibleWithoutLogin, but it's old and doesn't seem to work on the latest macOS lock screen
