cannot rearrange songs in a particular playlist

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. I went to the playlists section
2. tapped on the playlist I made
3. when I exit the playlist the song is back to its original arrangement without change

Expected behavior

the song should be rearranged

Actual behavior

the song returns to its original arrangement after I leave the playlist
