Can't unpause if not at the app and whenever I play the music and exit the app the music doesn't play

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. I play music
2. I exit the app
3. The music stops
4. I play my music again
5. When it play
6. I click pause
7. I cannot play the music, I need to go to the app just to play the music.

Expected behavior

When I play my music the music exit the app the music should always be playing but sometimes when I exits the app the music just stops and when I'm not at the app when I pause the music I will be able to unpause it.

Actual behavior

When I start playing my music when I exit the app the music will stop. When I'm not at the app I cannot play my music after pausing. I need to open the app and click play just to play the music.

The pause issue happened to me for like months now but the exit just started today. I just reported it now because I'm tired of this I want it to be fixed.
