Random slots pad times below their duration

Say we have a random slot of 2 hours. Pad time is 5 minutes.

There's enough time to play 3 episodes, and they last 43 minutes in total.

The random slot will be cut to 45 minutes.

But isn't it supposed to be cut to 2 hours, since that's the slot size?

Maybe it could be a toggle to maintain the slot length.
