Files will not play at all anymore on Plex
Files will no longer play on Plex and cannot figure out why. I just continually get error messages noting no channels can get tuned to.
I am not sure if anyone has looked into this yet - it seems to affect only certain files mainly looks like it has to do with plex new way to tagging and managing files in the most recent metadata update.
Just to note - for some reason a ton of my files from the recent Plex BETA were reset somehow such that they were missing from many of the previous databases -- so essentially dizqueTV would look for the media link to my plex server and would never find it which is what caused the issue.
I cannot tell if this is because of a technical issue with my database OR a change in plex cataloguing techniques. It only affected TV series on my plex server and seems like it may be related to some of the new plex categorizing techniques for TV (huge fail on plex part as this screwed up many of my playlists and also mis-categorized some media).
If others are having issues you quite literally have to re-pull all the media in all over again - so you have to add all the TV shows again for each of the channels this affects.
@vexorian It sounds like this can be closed as a non-issue. It appears to be a problem with the Plex library and not with dizquetv itself
