channel start takes 15 seconds

When I start any channel created in dizquetv it takes me around 15 to 20 seconds to start the video, I'm not transcoding, I'm just sending directly, I compared it with plex and in plex the same video without transcoding and it only takes 5 seconds to start. How can I do to improve the startup time?
