Not All Programs Showing Up When Adding

Not all tv episodes are added to programme list. If a series has less than 15 episodes, it seems to fail to add '0' episodes. If there is a series with a lot of episodes then a few will be added but definitely not all. In the image below you can that it has only added a few episodes for the x-files, and only 1 for Twin Peaks:

This is similar to #88 which resolved overnight, however this issue has persisted for 48 hours after setting it up (on an established library) so thought that I would create a new issue.

Maybe related, there's also an issue where I add different individual shows (more than 10), I see the episodes added but when I try to create timeslots I don't see all the shows I've added in the dropdown, ony about 7 or 8.
